F2F preferred, telephone possible *JOB DESCRIPTION:* The individual must have at least 7 + years of MS SQL Server 2005/2008 DBA experience - Database migration experience from legacy to MS SQL Server - SQL Server Integration Services including package design, deployment and maintenance - SQL Server Replication; Disaster Recovery planning and support experience - Database optimization, consolidation, tables partitioning, Microsoft SQL Server management, and SQL query performance tuning - Experience with administration of a multi-terabyte databases including T-SQL coding, stored procedures, backup/recovery, load balancing and high availability systems - Experience with supporting parallel projects in a fast paced and collaborative team environment using full SDLC - Experience with T-SQL, index performance tuning, RAID array tuning, backups, stored procedures, views, triggers, OLAP cubes - IDMS experience a plus - Windows batch scripting and scheduling - Good verbal and written communication skills - Individuals need to be able to operate independently and as a member of a team - Willing and required to support off-hours and on-call attendance - Ability to work with security and system administrators to resolve security issues, performance issues, stability issues *COMMENTS:* If an offer is made, a 7 year criminal background check and drug screening will be conducted.
