* * *Location*: Seattle, WA *Duration*: 3 months (could go longer) Phone screen, F2F Their communication needs to be unquestionably excellent if it's an h1. in addition to dev work, they'll need to do requirements gathering and speaking with people to define those requirements and determine what needs to be developed. *Managers Notes*: TMO's Enterprise Services Org is looking to enhance their Sharepoint Dashboard for executive viewing. They would like a back-end sharepoint developer who is an out of the box thinker who is creative and can take intiative.... someone who has the ability to assess what they have/ what they need/ and can anticipate future enhancements.... they are looking for a long term roadmap/ design plan. They must be an excellent communicator and have a dynamic personality that allows them to engage with others and seek out information ( they will need to interview Sr. Managers and Directors for the design requirements). ------------------------------ *Description* Sharepoint Analyst/Developer who is capable of working in a small focused group helping to design, develop and implement efficient and high quality technical solutions. Requires technical and business expertise in building scalable and maintainable solutions with industry-standards based UIs. Once initial version is implemented, provide documentation and training for ongoing maintenance and support performed by ES Intake team members. *Justification* The ES Intake team is a newly formed under a manager responsible for managing feasibility intake, projects intake, and other forms of intake including CRs. Given this team's intentional (initial) small size, our team began building a Sharepoint website to collect, process, and distribute information concerning Intake as well as project statuses. As the breadth and scope of this team expands its Sharepoint functionality requirements too have grown. These requirements have outgrown our team's time capacity and well as Sharepoint expertise capacity. Additionally, as of this week, the ES Intake Developer charged with building the new Sharepoint site is moving to a new position. This resource gap is expected to be temporary thus driving the decision to hire a contractor who can complete the first version of the Sharepoint site then transition its maintenance and support to an ES Intake FTE.
