His/her proficiency in this area is made evident by thorough knowledge of the industry standard best of breed tools and solutions for improving product quality and system testing capabilities. S/he participates in, and guides the design, development, testing, implementation, and on-going support and maintenance of new and existing applications and systems from a Quality Assurance Systems testing perspective. S/he has a strong ability to bring the most complex testing requirements to resolution by applying the appropriate industry standard test methodology and best practices. S/he proposes, manages, maintains, and enforces Quality Assurance best practices, workflows and test frameworks relating to these systems and applications. *Responsibilities:* Consultant is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive System Test strategy for a variety of complex and distributed products. S/he works closely with Development, Systems Programming and Business Analytics to understand and define the Quality Requirements and Benchmarks, and leads and contributes to the QA efforts throughout the SDLC. Specific responsibilities in this area include: · Collaborates on and reviews Requirements, Architecture, Planning, Design, Test and Deployment Documentation. · Leads Quality Assurance System Test activities. · Documents test plans which include: o *Functional, Security, Performance, Integration and Negative test strategies** and test procedures from specs and requirements documents*** o Build and enforce proper QA work process and methodology o The drive and ability to meet test objectives according to plan with quality · *Performs test configuration management activities* *and lead System Integration test activities across multiple interdepartmental groups and disciplines*. · Generates and executes *manual **and automatic test** cases* and coordinate stress and performance tests across groups. *Skills:* · Experience working and testing in an OOP –.NET environment (out of process) · Strong understanding of internet protocols and markup languages – *XML, HTML* and overall *TCP/IP* knowledge · Strong knowledge of QA Methodology and extensive experience in Manual, Automated, Performance, Security, and Negative testing techniques · Experience working with Databases such as *MS SQL Server* and * Cache* or *Mumps *preferred. · Experience with *3rd party test tools* such as network simulators and malicious security penetration simulators, as well as with *scripting tools* such as Tcl, Perl and open source tools such as JUnit, AutoIT and SOAP-UI · Understands the flow of data through complex architecture; understands the consequences that erroneous data could have on patient care and/or revenue. · Exemplary skills in developing Test Plans, test cases and all associated Test artifacts. · Able to independently create complex test scenarios and test scripts and execute testing accordingly in an integrated environment while incorporating quality management concepts · Knowledge of industry standard Test case, Traceability, *automation tracking tools such as HP Quality Center or Microsoft TFS* and Issue tracking systems such as JIRA and Bugzilla. · Familiarity with *Load and Performance tools* such as Loadrunner and Vantage as well as automation tools such as QTP. ** *Qualifications:* · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, or other technical degree. · 8 years of QA experience, with a focus in N-Tier architectures from a system perspective, with at least 2 years as a technical lead. · Experience with developing test strategies for Business Rules, Data content, Web Services and other SOA related architectures · Strong knowledge of Web Development, Client-Server Development, Component-based development, Interoperability, and Database development. · Comfortable multi-tasking and working in an Agile development environment. · Able to navigate, collaborate and deliver on objectives while managing dependencies in a complex, multi-site, matrix environment. · Exposure to CMMI, Six Sigma or other process improvement system preferred · Medical Industry Experience from a test perspective a plus -- Thanks & Regards, Tommy jibin Technical Recruiter Ibis Tech International (Formally known as Hi range Technology) 906 Lacey Avenue Suite 106 Lisle; Illinois: 60532 Ph: 630 929 5198 Fax: 630-969-2722 tji...@ibisint.com to...@hirange.net www.ibisint.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
