End to end support of WCS application including recovery and permanent fixes 5. Direct offshore activities based on task priority and timeline 6. Receive knowledge transfer from offshore 7. Mitigate gaps with supportability features and Supportability NFRs with application support engineers 8. Test supportability features during UAT 9. Publish weekly status report to application support engineers showing progress of planned activities 10. Face to the business support team with application support engineers 11.
