Creates diagnostic, simulation and other tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore services to enterprise applications. Responsible for design, implementation, and management of end to end monitoring for the overall production environment. Resolves the most complex production, application and system problems and ensures issue follow through to resolution. Good understanding of WebServices, SOA, WSDL, XML\XSDs, JDBC\ODBC, Performance Tuning, JVM monitoring, SSL\Security\Certificates. Good understanding of Tibco Hawk Monitoring, Hawk Disaplay, Tibco RV, EMS fault tolerance and performance tuning, Deployment using App Manage \Tibco Admin. Performs code migrations from development through production, upgrades, installations and/or configurations; updates/writes documentation and procedures and provides related training; troubleshoots network, hardware and software ; creates change or issue logs; analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements; assesses changes for risk to production systems and assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas. When a problem is suspected coordinates appropriate response, and follows up to ensure client satisfaction.
