Must be able to provide value in completing discrete technical tasks as well as providing general application knowledge. The area of focus specifically is the PeopleSoft Talent Acquisition Manager and the Open Integration Framework. Experience/skills required:Extensive knowledge of the Open Integration Framework and Integration Broker. Completion of prior Pre-Employment Check vendor integrations, from configuration through testing. Setting up and configuring PeopleSoft TAM environments. Customizing the TAM user interface and passing information from custom fields through transaction xml. Modifying TAM unctionality using tablespaces and custom user-defined data. Ability to set realistic deadlines for tasks and stick to them. Working with the background check component of PeopleSoft is a big plus.
