At least eight (8) years IT experience with ETL development, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, data reporting solutions, and technical and user documentation. 2. At least two (2) years hands-on experience designing and developing ETL code in the Kettle (Pentaho) open source ETL tool suite. 3. At least two (2) years in the use of Oracle’s OWB/ODI ETL development tool. 4. At least three (3) years hands-on experience with writing and tuning complex PL/SQL. 5. At least two (2) years development experience in enabling the N-DEx (NIEM compliant) data exchange. ASSOCIATED SKILL SETS Candidates must also have two (2) of the preferred skilled sets listed below. Accordingly, candidates not meeting the supporting experiential specifications below will not be considered for the position. 1. At least three (3) years hands-on experience working with Oracle version 10G or later. 2. Strong understanding of Business Intelligence architectures. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including strong technical writing, presentation, and communication skills. 4.
