Six (6) years of experience developing with JavaScript, Java J2EE (Versions 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6) to include the following tools: Hibernate (V3), JDBC, Struts (V 1.2.9 and 2.0), JDeveloper (V 10.1.2 and 10.1.3), Java Swing . Working knowledge of Water Management Permitting and Regulatory processes .
