*Title: *Project Manager (Communications Analyst) *Contract Length: *1 year *Location: *Richmond, VA *Rate Range: Max *$40.00 corp to corp *Description:* The application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to the definition, planning and tracking of project activities to meet or exceed customer and stakeholder needs and expectations. Leads and/or provide schedule oversight for one or more projects, which may involve multiple technical disciplines. May consult on and utilize latest project methodologies, including Agile. Uses Microsoft Project, and analyzes data in Excel and presents in PowerPoint. Typically more experienced than Project Coordinator. *Level 3 - Senior:* - Must be proficient in Visual Basic to write Excel and MS Project macros (reports). - Responsible for consolidating project schedules (MS Project) data and generating program level reports on a weekly basis - Monitor the progress of projects and work with project managers to ensure that schedule management compliance is followed - Work with project managers to inventory and align project dependencies for a portfolio of projects - Create and manage integrated project schedules for a portfolio of project - Experience in the design and implementation of dashboards is a PLUS - PMO experience desired, but not required - Strong analytical skills - Viewed as having significant expertise in given field. - Applies extensive technical expertise, and has full knowledge of other related disciplines. - Guides the successful completion of major projects and may function in a project leadership role. - Develops technical solutions to complex problems , which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity. - Work is performed without appreciable direction. - Typical Experience Level: 6-9 years Please send the updated resume of the consultant along with the rate, location and contact information.
