Posted Position Title: IM Project Manager - Business Intelligence

Role Summary/Purpose
Serve as ICAM IM Project Manager for Business Intelligence solutions. Initial 
focus will be supporting ES/CS Risk Engagement Leaders to coordinate Risk 
reporting/analytical efforts and Lean opportunities. The IM Project Manager 
will be responsible for partnering with business teams to develop new or 
leverage existing reporting solutions to improve overall Risk and Cost 
Management business analytical needs. This person will develop, sell and 
implement comprehensive project plans beginning.

Essential Responsibilities

The ability to lead/coordinate project team, execute plans, and enable business 
process re-engineering are key requirements for this position. This position will 
focus on supporting and partnering with various CS organizations / functions for 
Risk application delivery and become Subject Matter Expert for tools that support 
the CS business. The Risk and Margin Review processes, systems and interfaces are 
the primary focus in this job along with driving a reusable design methodology. The 
scope includes all integrations, interfaces and data flows to CS and ES level 
applications (ICAM, T&C, CSDWHandMRDecomp).
- Provide leadership & project level management in the planning, evaluation, 
design, development, implementation, operation & control of all Risk related 
applications and tools.
- Develop peer, cross-functional & cross-GE business relationships to maximize best 
practice sharing & team effectiveness to deliver & support quality initiatives.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure ongoing delivery & operational 
support of high quality, cost effective solutions.

Apply project management tools & Quality methodologies. Follow the PMM (project 
management methodology) tollgate process. Ensure completion of tasks, milestones, 
and components including but not limited to: functional specifications, design 
specifications, development, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, 
and tollgate reviews.
- Identifies critical path decisions, makes recommendations and influences 
program leaders and business process owners to maximize project payback.
- Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project 
execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, as-requested 
by customer.

with at least 4 years of experience in supporting business applications and 
technologies to digitize business processes.
- Strong interpersonal & verbal/written communication skills.
- Strong background with Business Intelligence/Analytics
- Strong financial functional/systems experience with enterprise-level systems.
- Strong Project Management skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
