This position will refine/validate business requirements, complete design documents that include data mapping, identification of data relationships, creation and documentation of business rules, test planning and support for both systems integration testing and user acceptance testing, including the creation of use cases and test scripts. *Required Experience * · Business Analysis 2-4 years of experience · Experience gathering business requirements · Data mapping and the identification of data relationships · Test planning and coordination including the creation of test cases and test scripts *Skills * · Business Analysis · Business Requirements Gathering · Data Mapping · Test Plans · MS Excel · Snag It · SQL/TOAD Strong requirements gathering and writing technical and functional specifications Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical team members. Applying either formal or client specific methodologies such as Rational Unified Process, SDLC, OOAD, etc. Coordinate and document project/release level user acceptance testing. Prepare and/or present documentation of business/technical presentations. Ensure timely and accurate communication with project staff throughout the life cycle of the project. Coordinating software development projects, including participating in the preparation of an overall project plan, incorporating costs and tasks from the various components, ensuring a successful and timely project implementation.
