Title: J2EE Web Developer Location: Columbus, Ohio. Looking for a candidate who can help rewrite an existing J2EE web application with newer technologies. This is a web application that is heavily database driven with performance and speed to market as the top priorities. This person will be given general requirements for the expected results and work primarily independent. High quality code and quick delivery will be a must. Strong Java skills that include knowledge and use with more than 1 of the following technologies and/or frameworks: Struts 2.0 AJAX Hibernate3 J2EE - Servlet, JSP, EJB Webservices using XML and/or T3 protocol LDAP/Active Directory Strong database skills that includes writing queries and updates with the following database: Oracle 10g SQL Server 2008 Other general skills required: Adequate use of Eclipse SVN or related source code control experience Looking for a candidate that not only has strong java and database skills, but also a creative mind for developing a web based UI with minimal requirements.
