Key requirements: *Required:* Excellent Communication and ability to clearly articulate important points. Strong follow-through and organizational skills. 5+ years of hands on experience and exhibited proficiency in; Administering a 500+TB enterprise class multi-tier storage environment, leveraging IBM SAN technology Supporting a 50+TB NetApp environment that includes: Operations Manager, Block and File based data allocations, Virtual filers, Snap shots, Snap vault and Snap lock. Managing and monitoring the storage environment leveraging an enterprise class product such as EMC ECC or Tivoli TPC Windows and Unix/Linux operating environments, as well as Volume management, Fiber HBA drivers, and Multi-pathing software Industry best practices and trends in the Storage & Backup space Planning and leading multiple projects at least 4 months in duration. Developing, maintaining and strengthening partnerships with other teams to support and collaboration of ideas and delivery of goals. Innovative team player with strong analytical problem solving and interpersonal skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure Ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent assignments in a fast paced environment.
