SAP ABAP Developer III Chicago, IL 6+ Month Contract *Job Responsibilites: * Must have working experience with systems development, web applications, database design and development, and metrics reporting. Will be developing SAP ABAP programs SAP modules. Must be able to interpret functional requirements and confirming requirements with users, writing program specifications, ABAP development, and the writing, executing, and documenting unit test protocols. 4 - 6 years of experience. *Job Description:* To work with the COE Data team to support the SAP Basic Data Quality Scorecard Development project (scheduled to be completed in June 2010). Work with COE Data resources to establish a simple mechanism for extracting master data from ECC environments in a repeatable manner. Work with COE Data resources to develop quality rules in SQL server, tables, simple reports, charts, graphs that identify where master data is not in compliance with PIRT standards. Work with COE Data resources to create a process for publishing Data Quality reports / scorecards on a periodic basis (e.g. monthly). *Required Qualifications* Knowledge in SAP. ABAP, Basis – Advanced. SQL development (MS SQL required) – Advanced. Excel and Macro’s development – Advanced. Software Development Lifecycle Methodology - Advanced. Data Base Design knowledge – Intermediate. ETL knowledge - Intermediate. Advanced understanding of Data Design principles, concepts and practices (especially Relational Database Design, Data Modeling, Data Architecture and SQL language). Must be comfortable working with technical teams to interpret technical requirements of a enterprise platform (such as hardware, system software for MS-SQL, connectivity) and help the COE Data team to co-manage issues properly.
