Participates in all regularly scheduled project status meetings and discussions related to design and development activities. Project professional held accountable for Subcontractor side of successful outcome of the DACSES Replacement project. Responsible for overall project management, quality assurance, and contract compliance on behalf of Protech. Works directly with the Contractor Project Manager. Directs and manages Subcontractor daily project activities to enable achievement of all project goals, timelines and deliverables. Provides or delegates authority for all required negotiation and coordination with the State project management staff, as well as participation in regularly-scheduled project status meetings and emergency meetings, as required. Bears responsibility for implementation of project management plans developed by State staff and for establishment and practice of planning tasks specified in proposal. Empowered to use resources and to make project decisions on behalf of the Protech team.
