** *Job Title: Business Analyst with Heath Care Experience* *Location: Bloomfield, CT* *Duration: 6+ Months* *LOCALS are given first preference - Need only EAD/GC/US Citizens!!!* There are 3 openings and these positions are really more Business Analyst Consultants - looking for people who can work across multiple business groups to facilitating, gathering and writing functional requirements, developing high level detailed specifications, working with the business partners, developers, testers, & DBA's. Need people who have been on large scale projects end to end - that have been involved from the beginning all the way through to testing and deployment. Healthcare insurance experience is not a must but a nice to have. Ideally these candidates will have some experience with SQL Queries, schemas, XML. This role is responsible to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes. This position understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and is able to translate those requirements into solutions that enable projects and the organization to achieve its goals. *Responsibilities:* Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements from project stakeholders Support and promote process improvement opportunities for gathering requirements Facilitate review of completed business requirements with project stakeholders, business functional and IT partners in order to secure buy-in and sign off on deliverables Support the development of functional requirements and system design to ensure that they meet business and project objectives.
