Rate cap 50 an hr* Client has taken PS toolset and application engine, and took their product as a JAVA applet of that delivers their app to the UI and bolted it on. They added on Web Services and MQ traffic capability... Developer will be constructing Web Services, JSF, delivering features to clients in the portal.. -Using ADP-E-builder -peoplesoft -building panels -*SQR code* *peoplecode* -records -mid to senior level -payforce products -work scroll processing -building web services -XML, SOAP Web services...determine the data transaction...from PS panel group. Lay over a message definition, inherit from PS, use the view from PS, specify input and output parameters to do that. The message definition, will be bases on existing PS Panels... Messages execute the panel, import from flat file, same as panel group data entry... May be some new development of new panels, but mostly using existing panels... convert panel to web service panel e-code (Peoplecode does all the BL) Use integration tool to test the WS and executing the e-code functionality on the backed. e-code/ Peoplecode development, SQR, Java/JSF is a plus IT TEAM MODEL: Currently an app developer, they are responsible for writing detailed document on the tech side, code changes, new fields etc for QA to test... Looking to be more Agile...dev sitting with BA and UI resource. Specs will be iterative... might be working with India based resources for UI.
