REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS: 6+ years multi-tier IT development experience as a Java/J2EE developer. Experience with multi-tiered J2EE/PLSQL large-scale applications leveraging Design Patterns, JSP's, Servlets concepts as well as open source frameworks such as MVC, Spring and AOP. Advanced knowledge of programming language(s), software development IDE tools (Eclipse and TOAD/SQL Developer), source control environment(s), like SVN. Systems analysis and functional design experience is required, along with a thorough knowledge of database concepts and relational databases. Experience in system architecture, design principles and system development methodologies. Strong understanding of OOA/OOP, web-based technology, and experience with Websphere. Candidates must be proficient with standard JAVA (POJO) development tools, including Maven, log4J, JUnit, JavaDoc and popular IDE's such as Eclipse, NetBeans or IntelliJ IDEA.
