Position: *Java Developer*
Duration: *6 Months*
Location: *Ney Jersey*
We have an opportunity for a Sr. Java developer, using Spring, Hibernate,
& GWT.
Building upon your strong Java skills, and offering a great environment to
develop your skills, you will:
Deliver a ground floor product, which is both elegant and powerful,
and built according to agile principles.
Maintain a development plan and timetable, with clear milestones.
Analyze business requirements into stories, design frameworks, data
models, and interfaces
Code and QA to best possible development standards using
generally-available tools and programming languages, to meet agreed-upon
milestones
Operate within a network and hosting infrastructure using SSH, and
provide hands on development and deployment wherever needed.
Maintain frequent and effective communication with team and
stakeholders
Provide direct input on product design, development, timeline, and
differentiating features and offerings
Develop and maintain an organizational culture of absolute integrity
with the team, prospects, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory
entities
Other projects mutually agreed upon by the Consultant and Company
*Experience:*
5+ years of experience developing web applications with Java.
Hands-on experience with best practices and patterns in Java and JEE.
You must have expert level experience with Spring, Hibernate, & GWT
and/or you must have excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with
dependency injection, transactional persistence, SOA, AJAX/JavaScript/JSON
(and/or Prototype, Script.aculo.us, JQuery, Dojo, MooTools, ExtJS, etc.)
Experience with Agile development
Front-end development experience a plus.

BS in computer science or engineering or equivalent experience
