Administrator and Manage Citrix Farm (200+ Citrix - Windows server 2003 and 950+ client machines - thin clients) Define standards to make sure thin clients are secure to meet Ameriprise standards. Identify root cause for critical issues and test\implement them using industry standards (ITIL standards). Work with the business to understand the impact/criticality for any issue and priorities the requests. Co-ordinate\Work with the vendors to duplicate the major issues in the lab. Create new image for thin clients to make sure it's up to-date. Work with various business groups to new hardware gather requirements. Inventory management and versioning\release management Analyze patches and its impact on Windows Embedded operating system. Communicate to business on the changes after approvals. Test and implement the patches using change management process. Provide matrix of all technical issues related to projects. Plan improvements and suggest new methods in the process. Identify and automate processes that could lead to human errors using scripts.
