Basic knowledge of computers and systems, great if in LMS space. 2. Demonstrated ability to collect and convey the customer requirements to the team, and team concerns to the customer and get clarifications. Collect all information and follow-up persistently with the SME's and PM to complete the input data tables. 3. Basic system administration skills UNIX and Windows 4. Exposure to Learning management system (Saba, Plateau, SumTotal) or online training and content administration. 5. Ability to work as a BA and gather business requirements and information from learning Partners. 6. Knowledge of Curriculum criteria and structure in LMS like SABA/Plateau 7. Knowledge of industry standards, such as AICC, SCORM etc., 8. Demonstrated ability to understand the big picture, and have consistent contact with the customer and keep them posted with the progress. * * *Responsibilities include but not limited to:* 1. Gain knowledge of Plateau; review existing data /curricula and how to translate to correct item structure for migration, and define curricula structure needed 2. Collect and convey the customer requirements to the team and team concerns to the customer and get clarifications. 3. Collect all information and follow-up persistently with the SME's and PM to complete the input data tables. 4. Review deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, and consistency and prepare materials for client/manager review 5. Work with the client team to maintain the prescribed schedule, get instruction and guidance from the Learning Partner and client contacts 6. Support PM/Lead in preparing, reviewing and delivering quality output for clients. 7. Completion of all deliverables within the agreed timeframes * * *Education: * Graduate.
