Had an enough and adequate experience with development of projects. b. Should have an knowledge of complete life cycle of projects. *c. **Should be capable enough to lead an offshore team from onsite and act as onsite coordinator.* d. *Should have done development in COBOL, DB2, JCL & PLI*. e. Should be very good in writing the queries. f. Should have good analytical skills and must be able to provide solutions for the problems. *Should be comfortable with the UNIX Korn shell scripting * a. Writing shell script for file handling b. DB2 load scripts handling delimited or fixed width files c. Well versed with basic commands, writing functions d. Debugging UNIX shell scripts e. Comfortable with interfaces such as Putty/SSH secure client. 3. Should have worked in the Onsite/Offshore model before. 4. Should perform UNIT and Integration, performance test of the code. 5. Should perform data profiling activities. 6. Should perform peer code reviews, data validation, implementation activities for projects in the team. 7. Should have an adequate experience in Support and maintenance project as he may need to play the role for Service coordinator for offshore. 8. Should be experienced with service management cycle. 9. Should have worked for the data warehousing project. 10. Most important of all should have good communication skills.
