The candidate will be responsible for requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation analysis efforts to develop a Management Information system/architecture in support of a SOA based JEE based software system with a user base of 30,000 – 50,000 users. *REQUIREMENTS* *Required Skills* · Minimum of 11 years of IT experience. · *Solid technical experience with requirements analysis efforts for large scale successful IT system implementations. Demonstrated experience as a system requirements lead is a must. * · Demonstrated experience of at least 6 years with requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation for Business Intelligence, Management information and Data Warehousing projects/solutions/systems. · Prior experience with documenting metrics for Management Information in the form of a Fact/Qualifier Matrix is a must. Experience using a fact/qualifier matrix as a data warehouse development tool to organize specific business information needs into a format that aids in developing relational and multidimensional data structures is required. · Demonstrated experience with handling requirements Elicitation efforts spanning diverse, large and geographically disparate stakeholder sets using RAD/JAD techniques. · Experience with requirements elicitation for developing Business Intelligence dashboards, key performance indicators (KPI's), and reports using Business Intelligence tools · Proven ability to document and progressively elaborate requirements using use-cases; to develop general user requirements, detailed functional requirements and system specifications. · Experience producing meeting minutes for requirements elicitation sessions. · Experience conducting RAD/JAD sessions to gather requirements. · Experience extracting and documenting data requirements from Management Information business/functional requirements · Solid understanding of relational databases and data warehousing concepts is a must. · Understanding of data modeling concepts is required. · Proven experience with the following tool sets:- o Rational Requisite Pro o Microsoft Office Suite · Demonstrated proficiency in Data-Management concepts, practices and procedures, extensive knowledge of DBMS in multi-tiered, Web/Client/Server environments, as well as extensive knowledge of data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design and ETL tools, processes and methodology. · Experienced having functioned as the subject matter expert for Business Intelligence by preparing reports and presenting recommendations to upper management. · Specific experience having worked on data warehousing projects is required. -- Regards, Shankar 248-522-6879 Technology consultanst inc -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "SAP ABAP" group.
