I need the same type of resource but they will be located at Samsung HQ in Richardson, TX. Sachin and the other 2 resources are more CDMA Core Testers, not the same as below. EPC TEST ENGINEERS (EPC = Evolved Packet Core) 5 EPC TEST ENGINEERS – Kansas City, KS (Focused on EPC Core, See Sample Resume #2) 2 EPC TEST ENGINEERS – Herndon, VA (Focused on EPC Core, See Sample Resume #2) Keywords (EPC, LTE, CDMA, C++, Unix, IMS, Test Lab, End to End Testing, Telecom Switches, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, SS7, 3GPP) If you come across any Systems Engineers with the above backgrounds, I can find probably find a spot for them. If you find anyone with LTE Testing in their background, I can probably use them too. Once you identify someone, I’ll need to speak to them. From there I get it in front of the group director at Samsung who personally reviews each resume. He generally takes 48 hours and will initiate a phone interview with 3 of his engineers on the call. After that, he takes 4-5 days and makes a decision. The last 3 were hired over the phone. And if you can’t figure out what position the person is best suited for, run it by me and I’ll tell you if they’re a fit for anything. If they say they’ve spoken to someone already about Samsung, there’s a 90% chance they’re 10 layers removed and not direct, their resume won’t even get a look. The last 2 hires said they had been submitted weeks before we contacted them and there was no record of them being considered. You can sell the idea that you’re dealing with a direct vendor.
