Responsibilities * Perform Oracle 10G database administration, setup, partitioning, reorg, performance tuning, backup/recovery, etc. * Work with technical team members and users to discuss enhancements and assist with solving issues. * Work with application development, test, and QA team members throughout the integration effort. Qualifications * Oracle certified DBA with strong 10G knowledge. * Five plus years of Oracle experience. * Accounting/financial systems knowledge is a plus. * Unix experience using shell scripting and X windows (HP Unix a plus) * Must have experience working on large complex projects with tight deadlines. * Must be a quick learner and self sufficient. * Willing to travel for business as needed. * Good communications skills are required. * Must be able to interact with users and technical team members.
