Position : Business Analyst with data warehousing experience Location : Wilmington, Delaware Duration : 12+ months Rate : Open Job Description: The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between the following groups: Actuarial Production, Actuarial Systems and the Actuarial IT. The Business Analyst will interact with the subject matter experts in gaining a thorough understanding of a legacy production valuation system and review/revise existing documentation for accuracy. Once the documentation has been completed, the next step is to establish a transfer plan of ownership from the Actuarial Group to Actuarial IT. Roles and Responsibilities: · Perform systems analysis and translate business requirements into technical specifications. · Evaluate existing Production Process Documentation and translate into Business Process workflows. · Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SME)s, organizing and facilitating requirement meetings and interview stakeholders at various levels.
