This position is responsible for creating clean, user-friendly interactive designs and concepts and marketing campaign experiences that adhere to our brand standards, all while focusing on customer need states across each stage of the customer lifecycle throughout the web ecosystem. The Visual Web Designer collaborates with cross-functional teams including product managers, campaign managers, producers, developers, and agency partners to bring high quality experiences to the web environment that align with business objectives, industry best practices, brand guidelines, and project time lines. Responsible for following the Digital Reference Guide and brand standards. As well as create simple solutions, consistency and elegant design of a project from concept and discovery phases through launch. Minimum Required Skills / Competencies: - Minimum 4-6 years Web Design experience required. - Web design in corporate environment with rapid concepting and delivery time frames - Experience with designing for A/B testing - Expert in Photoshop, Illustrator, and ImageReady - Web-image expertise and skill-set to optimize file sizes - Must submit examples or link to onlinel portfolio of work that demonstrates process, design, and shows a commanding knowledge of user-friendly design projects.
