*Here are the requirement details** * * * *Senior Quality Assurance Engineer* * Boston, MA * *3-6 Months Contract* * * Duties and Responsibilities: • Work as a QA resource on a security/identity management project. • May also assist in testing for other projects as time permits. • Analyze requirements, design documents, and defects. • Ensure complete coverage of requirements in test cases. • Design, develop and execute manual tests using HP Quality Center. • May also Design, develop and execute automated tests using HP Quick Test Pro. • Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software. • Monitor results of test execution, analyze failures and work closely with development to identify and isolate defects. Required Skills: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, with exposure to QA Theory (Black Box, White Box, Structural, Functional, Risk, and Scenario testing), Test Plan Design, Test Case Design and Requirements Analysis Techniques. • Familiar with software development practices and methodologies. • Expert with HP Quality Center. • High level of database knowledge (SQL) including the ability to do joins, Creates, Updates, and Deletes. • Ability to create clear, concise defect submissions.
