Hope you are doing well Please let me know if you are available for below project and reply back to me ASAP, thanks Job Title: Project Manager /PMO Location: Newark, NJ Duration: 18 Months Will be responsible for managing a team of 5-7 Project Managers, managing projects between $250K and 20 Million. *50% of his/her responsibilities will be to managed the 5-7 PM*s he assigned, 50% will be managing his/her own projects. *Exp with Hipaa 4010 transaction is preferred. *Must be PMP Certified *Familiar with Gartner best practices would be a big plus. *Healthcare exp required but if someone looks good lets discuss their background. *Major Responsibilities:* -Manage Multiple, larger or cross *divisional projects at one time (Projects can be of high risk level and typically involve cross-divisional coordination) -Organize, manage and direct project team tasks and assures proper application of EPMO standards, tools and methodologies in the project work. -Identifies and assembles project teams and provides leadership and mentoring to assure effective project completion. -Delivers full project objectives on time and on budget as well as contributes to development of high-level business cases and post- implementation benefits estimates and recovery plan. -Manages all project risk levels develop appropriate contingency plans and pro-actively identifies changes to eliminate futures occurrences. -Responsible for maintaining current and complete project management data and documents in enterprise systems; analyzes and reports project performance metrics as requested. -Oversee the quality of work being performed by a PM-1 on assigned projects in terms of responsiveness, accuracy and compliance with EPMO Standards. *Core Leadership Competencies* Personal and Professional attributes that are critical to successful performance for Project Managers: Character Ownership Effectiveness Development Communication * Education/Experience* -Bachelor*s degree, Bus. Admin or related -Minimum of 7 Years Professional Business Experience, prefer Healthcare Insurance Industry. -Strong Knowledge of PM Methodologies, tools & Practices -Prefer knowledge of (BCBS) Org.
