Position:Business Analyst with salesforce.com Location: southborough, MA Duration:3+months Description: 1.Strong Salesforce.com configuration skills including but not limited to custom objects, validation rules, workflow rules, complex formula fields, custom settings, look-ups, security (profiles, field level security, page layouts etc). Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify whether the bug is in code or configuration. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams such as testing, development and process teams. 3. Prior exposure in migrating substantial configurations across multiple environments using Change Sets.
