Responsible for analysis and governance of master services contract with a strategic vendor. Responsible for supporting process improvements for Project to Application Support transition. Some of the activities involved would be: 1. Analysis of ticket trends, SLA violations, etc. 2. Measuring compliance to current contract. 3. Writing simple tools in Excel to help with analysis. 4. Some administrative activities such as user provisioning. 5. SoWs and invoice compliance tracking and follow ups. 6. Support process definition for Project-to-Application Support Transition given industry best practices - Excellent analytical skills and communication skills required. - Ability to engage with Client PMs and leadership to drive process discussions - Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle Processes and Application Support functions - Skilled in process definition and corresponding documentation - Strong knowledge of MS Excel. - Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and HP Quality Center and Service Manager - Experience with financial management (budget/forecasting) - Experience in retail industry a plus - 6-10 yrs of experience.
