They would be expected to ask clarifying questions to completely capture the discussion and decisions regarding the processes, roles, & associated details. They would likely need to follow-up with various individuals to fill in some of the blanks or missing details. They would then be expect them to quickly produce documentation & diagrams that illustrate the discussion for presentation back to the group followed by subsequent revision cycles. Client would definitely prefer an individual that has specifically worked with business process design/documentation as opposed to just application development requirements. Infrastructure experience would be preferred but not required as we expect that would significantly narrow the potential candidate pool. Client needs an individual that is comfortable working in a fast-paced/dynamic environment with strong personalities.
