This resource will be aligned on a work stream for ACA, initially Data Collections. Experience with meta data management and the ability to do impact analysis using a meta data repository, specifically ASG Rochade is preferred. Strong analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills. Understanding of information management principles and analytics. Experience facilitating groups. Prior experience in a data intensive discipline (ie. Data warehousing, business intelligence, reporting, data governance) is preferred. Experience with projects using a System Development Life Cycle methodology. Ability to work with little or no guidance, lead projects, and motivate team members. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, written and communication skills. Experience with creating clear and concise project documentation such as requirements specifications and facilitate changes to specifications. Experience with healthcare, specifically working with the Blues is preferred.
