Please let me know if you have anyone for this. *Candidates need to be local to San Diego and need to come for an in person interview. * Location: San Diego, CA Rate: $DOE/hr Contract length: 1 year Required Skills: *Healthcare industry experience,* SSIS, C#, XML, P-SQL, T-SQL, J-son, *Star Schema Modeling*, SQL Development knowledge, BI, HRM - Trendstar (McKesson), *Cognos, ETL.* *Requirements:* - 7 years comprehensive experience with database systems and related software. - 4 years comprehensive experience with *SQL Server database administration and development (2005 & 2008). * - 3 years recent experience in *developing extract / transformation / load (ETL) jobs. * - 2 years of this must be in utilizing *Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to create and debug ETL packages in a data warehouse environment.** * - 2 years *hands on experience with the Cognos business intelligence application or similar BI tool.** * - Knowledge and documented experience to include, SQL Server data warehouse and databases' development and support. T-SQL, stored procedures development, and DTS. - Database design /modeling practices (relational, dimensional, star schema, E-R diagrams). Logical and physical database design using a modeling tool (e.g. ERWin, ER Studio) - Ability to deal with multiple high priority issues simultaneously. - Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, verbal and written communication skills. Training and/or presentation skills necessary. - Familiarity with System development methodology concepts. - Experience with replication and server clustering a plus. - Experience in definition, collection & management of metadata a plus.
