After documentation is complete the candidate will develop a written migration and test plan with the local team, working directly with them to migrate the hosts and networks from public to private IP space; resolving any issues that may arise. Upon completion of migration, the site documentation will be updated and provided to the customer onsite team.**** **** Migration is needed to be performed.**** **** *Unique Skills Required:***** Networking/Cisco: Understand routing/switching and be able to configure Cisco devices (CCNA level of knowledge required) Firewall/Security: Understand Checkpoint Firewall management, ability to configure industry firewalls Windows: configure networking, install applications, firewall, add routes RedHat: RHEL- configure networking, firewall, add routes Physical: Moving equipment, installing servers into racks, neatly organizing cables. At times candidate will need to move equipment ~50lbs Troubleshooting skills: Candidate should be able to find solutions using their personal experience as well as researching (web/support/etc). Must be able to follow through issues to resolution. Project Management: Candidate should be able to self-manage and follow the tasks through to completion.
