. 5+ Years of SharePoint with 4-7 years of Microsoft .NET development experience . In-depth knowledge and expertise of Microsoft SharePoint preferably SharePoint 2010 . In depth experience with Collaboration, Portal, Enterprise Search and Enterprise Content Management . Design & develop enterprise application based on SharePoint 2010 . Develop project technology strategy by understanding business objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle . Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives . Provide & Implement architecture by building components and custom designs; prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system . Do Technical & Functional review of SharePoint based applications and suggest performance optimization measures .
