WebSphere 7 preferred, but not a knock out AIX preferred, but any UNIX might work Security - familiar with application security - TAM (Tivoli Access Management) and LDAP Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (they use IBM Tivoli Directory Server) Scripting - Korn or C scripting needed. WebSphere scripting languages JACL or JYTHON are nice to haves.
