Enterprise Infrastructure PM *Job Responsibilities:* Lead the establishment of a project. Includes the validation of project requirements, definition of the project scope, development of the statement of work, budget estimates, project activities, deliverables, and success criteria. Drive the Engineering Design Process ensuring full consideration of all technical and business needs for project execution. Act as project lead point of contact to Business, Application and Infrastructure organizations. Develop and maintain an in-depth and current knowledge of Dow Jones technologies, processes and standards. Ensure standards and policies are followed, including industry standard project management and process techniques. Assist in managing the project budget both capital and expense, including hardware, software, services, and labor. Establish, validate, and negotiation the project schedule and resource assignments. Ensure that testing and acceptance criteria are well established, documented and accepted by all stakeholders including Life Cycle planning. Management of the project process and coordination of resources including: operations, service migrations, production acceptance, and vendor management. Proactively identify project risks and resolve project issues for both technical and business aspects Report on project status and risks. Ensure the project meets Dow Jones Compliance and Audit requirements.
