*Job Title : Ecommerce .Net developer Location : Herndon, VA Duration : 6 months Rate : $45/Hr* Ecommerce .Net developer Must be able to client face (internal clients) to gather requirements The Contract Web Developer will work to develop and maintain web-based applications for business to consumer websites in a RAD Microsoft.net environment. For front-end development, the Web Developer will work closely with the Marketing and Technology Services groups to deliver user-friendly, modern web applications Major Responsibilities: • Generate and maintain site maps. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on new business initiatives and platform enhancements. • Improve the usability of existing online applications and shopping experience. • Design & develop robust, high-performing, secure, globalized web applications using the latest technologies. • Participate in and conduct code reviews. • Follow and contribute to software development best practices. • Use test driven design methods to ensure top quality. • Debug applications, as needed.
