The ideal candidate *would have experience with both tools*. We will consider a candidate with strong performance testing skills using another tool *if* they have LISA Automation testing experience. Candidates do not need to have several years of LISA experience, but they do need hands-on, working knowledge of the tool. Please make sure they have strong performance testing concepts, use of tool, and hands on experience. Many of you have candidates placed in this role. Please consider having them help you pre-screen. A strong Performance tester* is NOT the same as an Automation tester. * *Required Skills:* 1. Strong/Senior QA application Performance testing experience 2. Performance testing tool experience is a MUST! Strongly Prefer *iTKO LISA* performance testing experience, but will consider a strong performance tester with a performance tool other thanLISA if they have other LISA tool experience.
