Windows L3 Senior Analyst 1. Education: Graduate/ Engineer with six or more years post education experience in the below mentioned core technology areas with medium to large global enterprise environment a. Windows 2003/2008 System Administration b. Server RAID configuration a. DHCP/WINS/DNS troubleshooting b. Microsoft Clustering implementation/troubleshooting c. Vsphere ESXI 4.1 implementation/troubleshooting with some design experience a plus. d. Physical to virtual migration exposure. e. Mcafee antivirus EPO infrastructure management f. Microsoft security patching using Netcheck tool 2. Role: Primary role would be Root cause Analysis, Performance tuning, Capacity planning. Have in-depth knowledge in their respective fields. 3. Job Complexity: performs a broad range of complex technical or professional work activities in a wide variety of contexts. Responsible for getting best practices to table. 4.
