Interpret, track and communicate business needs, processes, and testing issues between the client org & the COTS vendor. • Assist with Go-Live activities, Post-Implementation issues, and Roll-out activities • Train Staff & Testers on COTS applications • Work independently to ensure that project activities are completed accurately and timely.
