Knowledge of project management principles for data warehouse projects. Knowledge of security policies, procedures, rules, and regulations to protect IT systems and data. Knowledge (Desired) Knowledge of data migration strategies, data storage techniques, data cleansing, and conversion methods, tools, and operations. Experience (Required): At least six (6) years of experience in planning, leading, directing, and monitoring the work activities of business subject matter experts. Experience in securing consensus/approvals from end-users, management, and staff for system requirements, system design, and system changes. At least six (6) years of experience in writing technical and descriptive documentation (e.g., System Requirement Specifications, System Design Document, Interface Specification Document). Experience leading meetings with diverse parties: executives, architects, analysts, developers. Experience making formal and informal presentations to various levels of project stakeholders (sponsors, executive steering committees, project teams) and leading structured discussion sessions and knowledge transfer activities. Experience (Desirable) Experience in conducting stakeholder interviews and developing detailed requirements and specifications.*
