Translates business priorities and strategies across brands, channels and geographies into Capability Architecture requirements. Assess and communicate the implications of architecture decisions on the Capability Architecture. Determine impact of IT Work Requests to ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ Capability Architectures . LEVEL 4 Requirements: Typically requires BA/BS or equivalent and 7-10 years of related and progressively more responsible experience. Performs highly complex work activities covering technical, financial and quality aspects. Contributes to the formulation of IT strategy. Creatively applies a wide range of technical and/or management principles. Serves as lead expert in a complex subject. Recognized in and outside of the organization as a significant resource in subject area. Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical, financial and quality aspects.
