Must have Clarity technical background that has done user setups, project creations and is comfortable assisting others through the Clarity tool. It has a significant administration / support component. Must be very proficient with pulling together monthly status reporting (advanced use of Excel and PowerPoint) for executive level reporting. Major Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Defines, refines and improves project management based processes 2. Analyzes data and creates PMO balanced scorecard and monthly PMO analytics supporting CIO/CEO report. 3. Provides leadership and coaching for Project Managers (incl. PM contractors) and advises on project delivery methodology and project governance processes. 4. Ensures compliance with established processes on all project approvals, project closes, creation of subprojects and project change requests (ITRC processes). 5. Provides system administrator support for the Clarity tool in the following areas: functional, technical, creation and maintenance of security groups and OBS structures, timesheet, time period, resource, project and financial management. 6. Coordinates, analyzes and effectively communicates all Clarity timesheet and system change information. Skills/Experience Education/Certification 1. A bachelor’s degree in MIS (or related field). 2. Clarity PPM technical tool experience required. 3. Knowledge of Kaizen or other process improvement approach is a plus. 4. PMP certification is a plus. 5. Advanced MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other MS office tools skills is a requirement 6. Experience and comfort with a fast-paced, changing environment. 7. Familiar with project start-up activities, including: defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders 8. Understanding of all aspects of software development including user requirements, development timelines, and quality metrics 9. Ability to remain organized while managing multiple priorities 10. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and oral 11. Highly flexible and adaptable to change 12. Personal commitment to producing the highest quality work 13. Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability in managing high-level relationships 14.
