Some involve connectivity to host systems via middleware services, some database connections (Oracle & DB2) and various other connections. The person I am looking for will be able to meet with the teams and subject matter experts to properly define the mechanism and the requirements to integrate into the CSS application." This person will be responsible for the analysis, requirements and design to integrate multiple applications into the customer service system application in the contact center. They should have a strong understanding of various integration mechanisms and the underlying technology to complete the migration of each application. Candidates should be strong in requirements documentation. Experience with technical requirements would be helpful. (Oracle and DB2) This individual should be detail oriented and have experience with Office Suite-- Visio, Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
