Seeking an experienced business analysts to support the project to migrate from Oracle 11i to R12. Required: 11i 1 complete implementation R12 Initial Order ; Knowledge of the Initial Order, Change Order, Capture Order and Sales Programs processes Strong knowledge and experience in both Oracle 11i and R12 is a requirement for this position. Knowledge of the Initial Order, Change Order, Capture Order and Sales Programs processes. Must be highly organized and have a 'self-starter' attitude. Specific tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -Capture and prioritize business requirements. -Able to drive discussions with stakeholders autonomously -Maintain requirements both in specific spreadsheets and in Reqpro ( a database tool for requirements) -Construct Business Review Documents (RD50's) in support of quarterly releases -Support and complete testing (BAT, UAT, etc) -Perform impact analysis and assessments.
