Network engineerwith proven experience designing and configuring VOIP, LAN & WAN . Hands on experience with Juniper SSG5 and DMZ configuration . Solarwinds implementation and management . Checkpoint firewall * Experience with Cisco Nexus 7018, Cisco Nexus 1000v, Juniper MX480, A10 AX5200, Cisco 3825 * Must have worked on CUCM 8.0 or later * Conversant on add/remove/move of VoIP Phones. * Configuring VoIP features e.g. intercom, speed dial, voice mail, night mode, auto attendant, DND, extension mobility, contact center agent (add/delete/move), phone side cards, soft-phones and integration of mobile devices etc. * Configuration of Video Telephony. * Configuration and maintenance of SIP Trunking. * Working experience of MQF & MQC. * Troubleshooting. * Working experience on video conferencing (Polycom/Tandberg etc.). * Thoroughly conversant with routing protocols RIP (V2), EIGRP and BGP * Spanning Tree Protocol - PVST+ and RSTP * Fully conversant with HSRP.
