*Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 or higher*
*Visual Studio working in a team structured environment*
*Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher *
*Microsoft .NET WinForms and Windows Service development experience*

*Experience working with raw data files in multiple formats*
*Exposure or experience with knowledge of IO functions of .NET*
*Exposure or experience with knowledge of stored procedure development,
transactional functions, and writing large volume efficient queries*
*Exposure or experience with high volume transaction processing a plus *
*Exposure or experience with multi-threaded programming and parallel
processing applications a plus*
*Exposure or experience with report generation a plus (Microsoft SQL
Reporting Services or other)*
