Will hire over the phone but prefer local candidates Engagement Description: The Contractor will join a team of staff and vendors to install & implement the web and middle tier layer of the new Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) system. The installations will include Enterprise Service Bus, Websphere, Apache (web server) and a variety of Custom Off the Shelf (COTS) packages. This person will be a technical lead requiring a depth in web services & middle tier architecture, installation & administration.
